We at Southern Oregon Soapstone Co. take great pride in the the stone we offer. The stone is carefully selected and of the highest quality possible.
Please note this is NATURAL stone and any color variations, imperfections or irregularities are beyond our control. Therefore, we can not guarantee the colors or quality of any piece of stone.
Order will ship once payment is received and cleared. All sales are final. Any refunds, returns or exchanges are at the sole discretion and approval of Southern Oregon Soapstone Co. Any return shipping is at customers expense.
Any change to the shipping address after the order has been shipped from Southern Oregon Soapstone Co., will be at the customer’s expense. All packages have a minimum s&h charge of $10 unless otherwise specified.
All quotes/estimates are good for 14 days.
Damage To Items During Shipment
Please ensure that any damage to order is documented with clear pictures of the label, damaged box, and damaged items. It's important to keep all items and packaging intact until you receive permission from Southern Oregon Soapstone to discard them. Thank you for your cooperation.
